What is the BillyBird Gift Voucher?
Give with a BillyBird Gift Voucher you give someone a unique day out with unlimited fun. You can use the gift voucher when purchasing tickets or a membership, but also to pay for a snack during your fantastic day in one of our BillyBird Parks.
The BillyBird gift voucher is worth € 10, €25 or €50 euros. The balance on the gift voucher is valid indefinitely.
Where can you buy the BillyBird Gift Voucher?
The BillyBird Gift Voucher is only available at the reception of BillyBird Hemelrijk.
How do you use the BillyBird Gift Voucher?
Using the gift voucher is super simple! After purchase you will receive the BillyBird Gift Voucher with the correct value. The recipient can then exchange this voucher at reception for a BillyBird Gift Pass. This card contains the official credit that can be used to pay at all cash registers at our BillyBird locations. So you can immediately buy a day ticket or take out a membership at the reception, but you can also choose to spend the amount at one of our many catering points.
If the balance is not sufficient for the purchase, you must pay the remaining amount in another way (PIN or cash, depending on the catering point).
Who can use the BillyBird Gift Voucher?
The BillyBird Gift Voucher is not registered and can therefore be used by anyone.
Procedure
- The BillyBird Gift Voucher can only be purchased at the reception of BillyBird Hemelrijk.
- The BillyBird Gift Voucher can only be exchanged for a Gift Pass at the reception of BillyBird Hemelrijk. < li>After purchasing the BillyBird Gift Voucher, the recipient can exchange it for the BillyBird Gift Pass.
- You can pay with the BillyBird Gift Pass at all our locations.
- The BillyBird Gift Pass can be redeemed for day tickets, memberships and at all our catering points in the park.
Conditions
- The Gift Voucher itself is not a means of payment (the voucher is exchanged by the recipient for the BillyBird Gift Pass).
- Both the BillyBird Gift Voucher and the BillyBird Gift Pass cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The amount on the BillyBird Gift Pass cannot be returned.
- The BillyBird Gift Voucher/pass has no end date and can be exchanged at any time.
- The BillyBird Gift Voucher can only be exchanged for a Gift Pass at BillyBird Hemelrijk.
- The BillyBird Gift Pass can be spent freely in all BillyBird Parks.
