Of course! The attractions are open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and the Family Roller Coaster from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. As a visitor to the Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival you can use all the attractions and play equipment.

Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival is REALLY for everyone! Children up to 3 years enter free.

The entrance to Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival is open until 7:00 PM.

Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival will take place this year on Sunday, October 6. The festival lasts from 12:00 to 21:00. BillyBird Hemelrijk is open from 12:00 to 21:00. The rules of Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival apply throughout the day.

You can only visit our park with a member ticket or regular ticket for Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival. Sunday, October 6, 2024 is the only day of the year that our entire park is rented to Par-T. In return, 7,500 members could claim a ticket for just 5 euros.

On Sunday, October 6, the entire BillyBird Hemelrijk will be a festival location. It is therefore not allowed to bring your own food & drinks during the Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival. This is checked by the security of Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival at the access control.

Your ticket will be sent to the email address you entered. It may take 15 to 60 minutes for the email to arrive. Also check the spam box.

A few days before the Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival, we will send everyone a reminder email with the ticket. You must show this together with your membership at access control.

There are free toilets on the festival site and you can also use the toilets at BillyBird Hemelrijk.

Yes, there is a first aid post on the festival grounds. You will find the first aid post behind the food area. This post is clearly indicated on the site itself and on the map.

At the first aid stations it is possible to express milk for our new mothers!

There are sufficient Eventsafe lockers on the festival site where you can safely store your jacket and other belongings. You can rent a locker at the entrance of the festival.

On the BillyBird Hemelrijk site you pay with PIN or membership card. As soon as you enter the festival grounds, you pay with tokens. You can obtain this at the entrance to the site at the token counter or from the vending machines. Here you can pay in cash or by card.

NB! Tokens from previous years are not valid.

No, when you leave the festival site it is not possible to re-enter Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival.

There is a bus stop within walking distance of the festival (stop Molen, Hermes line 322 or Zeelandsedijk, Arriva line 91). Check the arrival and departure times on 9292.nl.

There are plenty of parking options for your bicycle. The parking spaces for cyclists are clearly indicated by signs.

There is a pick-up and drop-off zone close to the festival site where you can be neatly dropped off and picked up. To do this, follow the signage.

NB! Everyone must purchase a parking ticket on site, including BillyBird members.

Parking on Sunday costs €5 and parking at the campsite €15. Payment can be made in the parking lot.

Once you are near the Zeelandsedijk in Volkel, it is best to follow the signs and turn off your navigation. Routing for parking, drop off and pick up, camping and backstage are clearly indicated.

There is a smoking ban in all tents and shelters. This applies to both cigarettes and E-cigarettes.

Smoking in tents and under canopies is prohibited by law and fines run up to €13,500 per tent! The NVWA checks with undercover inspectors whether the policy is being complied with. So smoke outside the tents. The consequences can range from a warning to denial of access to the festival site.

You are only allowed to take an E-smoker onto the festival grounds when the liquid is still closed. Only 1 liquid may be taken with you.

To bring medication to the festival, the medication must be in a closed package and you need an official statement from a doctor. If there is any doubt, the first aid will check the medication.

There’s nothing like getting lost in the music, dancing in the sun, being part of a large, crazy group of partygoers, dancing until your feet won't let you go anymore, chilling in the bungalow, flirting with beautiful people and letting loose with your friends. Nothing is more beautiful than celebrating the good life and sharing the beautiful feeling with all the party people around you. Even better about a good party is coming home safe and sound.

As much fun as partying is, it is never completely without risks. It is therefore good to know what the risks are, from blisters, dehydration to the use of alcohol and other drugs.

The organizers who support Celebrate Safe have been committed to attending events safely for a long time and are aware of the risks this entails.

Due to strict regulations regarding drugs and drug use, the organization applies a ZERO TOLERANCE policy. This means that both soft and hard drugs will not be accepted. Security will strictly check this upon entry and during the festival by means of inspection.

No alcohol is served to persons under the age of 18, in case of doubt they will ask for identification. No idea? No alcohol!

It is prohibited to bring the following items onto the festival site: Food, glassware, plastic bottles, cans, drugs, fireworks, (fire) weapons, dangerous objects and professional photo, film and other recording equipment. Professional photo equipment is defined as: Cameras with interchangeable lenses.
Digital cameras and telephones with cameras are allowed onto the festival site. A (digital) video camera/camcorder and other (sound) recording equipment are not allowed.
If irregularities are discovered (such as fake tickets, fraud with wristbands, attempts to climb over the fences), a report will be made to the police.
It is not allowed to bring (domestic) animals.
When entering the festival grounds, you will be searched.
At Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival, photos or recordings can be made for reports, websites, etc
Entering the festival grounds and attending the performances are entirely at the visitor's own risk.
Performances at Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival take place on various stages in various tents. The following applies to all tents: full = full.
