At our parks, we work with deposit cups for drinks. You pay €1.50 for a reusable deposit cup.

Return at BillyBird Hemelrijk

Deposit cups can be returned at the deposit machine next to Viva La Pizza in the entrance area and on the outdoor terrace in front of the indoor playground Zeeroversland.

How it works:

  1. When you purchase a drink, you pay a €1.50 deposit for the reusable cup.
  2. Finished your drink? Return your empty cup as well as your can or bottle at the deposit machine.
  3. The fastest way to receive your deposit is via the Tikkie app. Download the Tikkie App here in advance, so you’ll receive your deposit super fast.
  4. Prefer to have the money transferred directly to your bank account? That’s also possible. Scan the QR code and fill in the requested details.
  5. Experiencing any issues? Send a WhatsApp message to Tikkie (0613768528) including the details of the return: date, time, location, and the deposit amount. Tikkie will be happy to assist you.

Return at BillyBird Drakenrijk

At BillyBird Drakenrijk, we also work with deposit cups for drinks. These can be returned at the deposit machine at the entrance of the indoor playground Drakendorp.

How it works:

  1. When you purchase a drink, you pay a €1.50 deposit for the reusable cup.
  2. Finished your drink? Return your empty cup as well as your can or bottle at the deposit machine.
  3. The fastest way to receive your deposit is by inserting the cups and printing the deposit receipt.
  4. Scan the QR code on the receipt and fill in the requested details. You will receive the amount in your bank account as soon as possible.
  5. Experiencing any issues? Please contact us via QR-support and complete the form. FeeBack will ask for your first name, last name, email address, bank account number, a description of the issue, and an image of the deposit receipt. FeeBack will assist you as soon as possible.
