Terms and Conditions for Entrance Ticket Discount Code
When purchasing an entrance ticket, you will receive a unique voucher code that starts with “VCH”.
For ticket purchases at the park’s ticket counter, the voucher code will be listed on the receipt. For purchases via our website in the ticket shop, the voucher code will be included in the email confirmation, which also contains the e-tickets.
It is only possible to redeem the voucher code online for a continuous membership on the day of your visit and one day after your visit. The amount of the entrance tickets will be deducted from the price of a continuous membership if it is entered and added during the checkout process using the ‘add’ button. The remaining amount will be collected a few days after the completion of the checkout process.

Additional Conditions:

  1. The voucher code is only valid when subscribing to a continuous membership online via our website.
  2. The voucher code is only valid when subscribing to a continuous membership and cannot be used for other types of memberships.
  3. Only the amount of the entrance ticket(s) will be deducted from the continuous membership. Any parking tickets are not covered by this promotion.
  4. The voucher code is only valid on the day of your visit and one day after your visit. After this period, the voucher code expires. The voucher code cannot be reactivated.
  5. The voucher code is worth the number of entrance tickets purchased. The number of continuous memberships must be equal to or less than the number of entrance tickets. It is not possible to deduct multiple entrance tickets from a single new continuous membership.
  6. If the checkout process is not completed, the voucher code remains valid within the validity period. After this period, the code expires permanently.
  7. Once the voucher code is correctly added and the checkout process is fully completed, the validity of the voucher code expires, and it cannot be used again.
  8. It is not possible to issue a new voucher code for a lost and/or damaged voucher code that was previously issued.
  9. After the validity period has expired, it is no longer possible to deduct the value of the voucher code from the purchased membership. It is not possible to refund the value via bank transfer, cash, and/or credit on a BillyBird Payment Card.
  10. The voucher code can be used in multiple separate transactions until the maximum amount is reached.
  11. The voucher code is applicable online for continuous memberships at all BillyBird parks.
  12. BillyBird is not responsible for entering the voucher code correctly and adding it properly.
  13. The voucher code is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or special rates.
