Entrance Ticket Discount Code Terms and Conditions
When purchasing an entrance ticket, you will receive a unique voucher code starting with “VCH”.
When purchasing tickets at the park’s ticket office, the voucher code will be printed on your receipt. When purchasing through our website’s ticket shop, the voucher code will be printed in the email confirmation, which also includes your e-tickets.
You can only redeem the voucher code online on the day of your visit and one day after your visit when purchasing a recurring membership. The price of the entrance tickets will be deducted from the price of a recurring membership if it was entered and added during the ordering process using the “Add” button. The remaining amount will be debited a few days after completing the ordering process.
Additional conditions:
- The voucher code is only valid when purchasing a recurring membership online through our website.
- The voucher code is only valid when purchasing a recurring membership and cannot be used for other types of memberships.
- Only the amount of the entrance ticket(s) will be deducted from a recurring membership. Any parking tickets are not included in this promotion.
- The voucher code is only valid on the day of your visit and the day after your visit. After this period, the voucher code expires. The voucher code cannot be reactivated.
- The voucher code has a value equal to the number of entrance tickets purchased. The number of recurring memberships must be less than or equal to the number of entrance tickets. It is not possible to deduct multiple entrance tickets from a single new recurring membership.
- If the order process is not fully completed, the voucher code remains valid for the duration of its validity. After this period, the code expires permanently.
- After correctly entering the voucher code and fully completing the order process, the voucher code expires and cannot be reused.
- It is not possible to reissue a previously issued, lost voucher code.
- The voucher code can be used in multiple transactions, until the maximum number is reached.
- The voucher code can be applied online to recurring memberships at all BillyBird parks.
- The voucher code is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or special rates.
