Tickets

Yes, all park visitors aged 3 and older require a valid ticket. Parents, grandparents, etc., also require a valid ticket to visit the park and/or the indoor playground. There are no special discounts or friend tickets available. You can reserve the cheapest tickets quickly and easily through our ticket shop.

Do you have a return ticket? This allows you to bring someone along for free on your next visit. Select your visit date in the ticket shop and select two admission tickets. Enter the voucher code in the “voucher code” field and click “Add.” Complete your order and have both tickets scanned at the entrance checkpoint to enjoy a fun day.

Are you a member of a partner park or do you have a voucher? You can collect a discounted day ticket at Guest Services by presenting your membership card/voucher. The price is calculated based on the daily price at the ticket office.

No, this is not necessary. You can show your ticket(s) on your smartphone and have it scanned immediately.

Practical matters

When making a reservation you can indicate this in the comments/allergies section.

There are always roughly 2 business days between purchasing a membership and the transaction.

Yes, if you have lost your membership card, you can still enter when you log in via My BillyBird. Here you can view your digital membership card. This is valid as a membership card at all BillyBird locations for which you have a membership and partners.

Do you still want a physical pass? At the reception at our park we will make a new pass for €2.50.

Yes, because plants grow in a natural pond. We regularly have the water bottom mowed with a boat.

No, the park is not easily accessible by public transport. From the nearest bus stop it is another half hour walk.

Yes, there are first aid stations available at the Drakendorp indoor playground and at the Beach Bar. For first aid needs, you can always contact one of our staff members.

No, you are not allowed to bring pets with the exception of assistance dogs.

Accessibility

All locations in the park are accessible. However, the playground equipment is not wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, some paths are unpaved, which may cause some inconvenience. Furthermore, the park does not have separate accessible toilets. If you are unsure about accessibility or have any questions, please contact us at 0880558820.

Food & drinks

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks with the exception of spirits, barbecues and open fires. However, it is not allowed to consume these in our catering establishment or on the associated terraces.

BillyBird Card

Do you have a BillyBird membership? Please contact us at info@billybird.nl. Do you have an anonymous BillyBird debit card? Unfortunately, we cannot retrieve it.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to check your balance online or in My BillyBird. Want to know if you have any remaining balance? Contact us at info@billybird.nl to request your remaining balance.

The balance on the BillyBird Debit Card is valid for 5 years from the date of top-up. After this period, any remaining credit expires automatically.

You can top up your BillyBird Debit Card with up to €100. This is for security reasons.

No, the BillyBird Debit Card is not personal.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible. The remaining balance cannot be refunded via bank transfer. You can use the balance on your next visit, have it returned on a future visit, or resell the BillyBird Debit Card.

Yes, you certainly can! You can use the balance on your next visit.

Yes, that’s possible! You can return the remaining balance to Guest Services up to 30 minutes after the park closes, either by debit card or cash. Any remaining balance is refundable.

You can request the BillyBird Debit Card at Guest Services. You can also load the desired amount onto the card there. The BillyBird Debit Card can only be topped up with whole amounts starting from €1.00, such as €2.00, €5.00, or €25.00. Amounts such as €1.50 or €2.75 are not accepted.

The BillyBird Debit Card can be used by all visitors, both members and day guests. Members can have their (digital) membership card topped up. Day guests can request a free BillyBird Debit Card from Guest Services and then top it up with the desired balance.

After topping up, the BillyBird Debit Card can be used to pay at all points of sale in the park, except for locations that accept mobile PIN. These locations only accept the BillyBird Debit Card or PIN as payment; cash payments are not accepted. If there is any remaining balance on the BillyBird Debit Card after your visit, it can be withdrawn from the card up to thirty minutes after the park’s closing time and refunded by PIN or cash. The BillyBird Debit Card can only be redeemed at the park’s guest services. It is not possible to process this later using any other method.

The BillyBird Debit Card is only available at Guest Services. Top-ups can only be made in round amounts, such as €1.00, €2.00, €5.00, or €10.00. It is not possible to top up amounts such as €1.50 or €2.50. The maximum balance that can be added to a BillyBird Debit Card is €100. This is also the maximum amount the BillyBird Debit Card can hold. The BillyBird Debit Card can be topped up by debit card or cash.

The BillyBird Debit Card is a payment method that visitors can top up with their debit card or cash at the guest services of BillyBird Hemelrijk and/or BillyBird Drakenrijk.
With the BillyBird Debit Card, you can easily pay at all points of sale in the park during your visit, except at locations where mobile debit cards are accepted.
