Membership

You can only cancel or change your membership by sending an email to infohetrun@billybird.nl. Please include your first name, last name, date of birth, and the cancellation/change request. You will receive a response as soon as possible. All (parking) memberships must be cancelled in writing within the specified period.

You can submit your cancellation/change up to and including Sunday, April 19, 2026. After this, it will no longer be possible to process a cancellation/change for the direct debit of the 2026 season.

If only children (up to and including 17 years of age) are listed on the membership, they can also link a parking membership to their membership.

It is not possible to submit a change and/or cancellation by telephone or at guest services.

You can take out a BillyBird membership at any time via the become a member page

A BillyBird membership always runs until May 1st in the year after closing.

The number of people on a membership is unlimited.

There are always roughly 2 business days between purchasing a membership and the transaction.

Memberships are personal. Unfortunately, it is not possible to enter the park with a person other than the person listed on the membership.

Yes, if you have lost your membership card, you can still enter by logging in via My BillyBird. Here you can view your digital membership card. This is valid as a membership card at all BillyBird locations and partners.

Would you prefer a physical card? At the guest service desk at our park, we will make a new card for €2.50.

With a recreational swimming membership, you may only come swimming during recreational swimming times. Additionally, you may also use the other BillyBird parks, Hemelrijk and Drakenrijk.

With a dawn swimming membership, you are also welcome during dawn swimming, recreational swimming, and at the other parks.

Yes, we have a limited number of sunbeds. The costs for this are €5,- per bed. In addition, a €5,- deposit is charged.

Yes, there are showers in the reception building. You pay 20 cents for this.

Yes, there are lockers available. You will need a 50 cent coin as a deposit.

Do you have a return ticket? This allows you to bring someone along for free on your next visit. Select your visit date in the ticket shop and select two admission tickets. Enter the voucher code in the “voucher code” field and click “Add.” Complete your order and have both tickets scanned at the entrance checkpoint to enjoy a fun day.

Are you a member of a partner park or do you have a voucher? You can collect a discounted day ticket at Guest Services by presenting your membership card/voucher. The price is calculated based on the daily price at the ticket office.

No, printing is not necessary. We can also scan your ticket from your tablet or mobile.

Yes, you can find these at the bottom of the surveillance tower.

No, pets are not allowed in our park. With the exception of assistance dogs.

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks. However, it is not allowed to consume these on our terraces. It is also not allowed to bring your own alcohol and BBQ products.
