Tickets
Yes, at BillyBird everyone from the age of 3 has to pay, including (grand)parents/guardians.
Do you have a return ticket? This allows you to bring someone along for free on your next visit. Select your visit date in the ticket shop and select two admission tickets. Enter the voucher code in the “voucher code” field and click “Add.” Complete your order and have both tickets scanned at the entrance checkpoint to enjoy a fun day.
Are you a member of a partner park or do you have a voucher? You can collect a discounted day ticket at Guest Services by presenting your membership card/voucher. The price is calculated based on the daily price at the ticket office.
It is not possible to pay with VVV vouchers. You can only pay with PIN, cash or BillyBird gift vouchers.
Purchased tickets can only be rescheduled or cancelled for exceptional reasons, such as the death of a family member or other medical reasons. Please contact our guest service for this.
You can easily buy a parking ticket in our online ticket shop . This can also be done at the park itself at the entrance.
No, this is not necessary. You can show your ticket(s) on your smartphone and have it scanned immediately.
If you are a member of BillyBird, you can come by all year round whenever you want without making a reservation. Only during Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival do you need a separate member ticket or regular Heerlijk Hemelrijk ticket in addition to your membership card. Additional options such as a ticket for the AquaFunPark must also be purchased by members in advance.
The entrance fees depend on the season and the moment you order the tickets. Select a day of your choice in our ticket calendar to see what the entrance fee is on your day of choice. When you order your tickets more than 1 week in advance you will receive a high discount.
Membership
Memberships are personal. Unfortunately, it is not possible to enter the park with a person other than the person listed on the membership.
There are always roughly 2 business days between purchasing a membership and the transaction.
The number of people on a membership is unlimited.
A BillyBird membership always runs until March 1st in the year after closing.
You can cancel/change your membership by sending an email to info@billybird.nl. Please include your first name, last name, date of birth, and the change. You will receive a response as soon as possible. You can submit changes until Sunday, February 15, 2026, inclusive. After this date, we will no longer be able to process changes for the 2026 season.
Yes, if you have lost your membership card you can still enter when you log in viaMy BillyBird . Here you can view your digital membership card. This is valid as a membership card at all BillyBird locations and partners.
Do you still want a physical pass? At the reception at our park we will make a new pass for €2.50.
As a BillyBird member, you can enter for free every day, except for the Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival, for which you need a member ticket.

Practical matters
At the entrance to Kinderland, there are six single-occupancy changing rooms. These are equipped with a lock and a hook. There is no bench. There is also an outdoor shower with a foot shower.
During the summer holidays in the Southern region, BillyBird Hemelrijk opens at 9:00 AM. Between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM, you can grab a drink at the Mammoet restaurant and play in the Oervallei (Primal Valley). The rest of the park opens at 10:00 AM and remains open until 8:00 PM. Last admission is at 7:00 PM.
Yes, you can book this yourself via our website. Choose from one of our packages.
Lost and found items are collected at our guest service. Please email us with a description and date of the lost item. The lost items are kept for 14 days. After this, they are donated to charity.
Please report to one of our employees or guest service. We will alert all our employees and ensure that we find your child quickly together.
Smoking is not permitted in the buildings and attractions. Smoking is also not permitted in some open-air locations. This will be indicated by signs.
There is no separate room for pumping.
Pets are not allowed with the exception of assistance dogs.
Currently we do not have lockers for regular visitors. When you use our AquaFunPark you can store your valuables in a locker during your time slot.
You can pay by card at our guest service and all catering points. We accept cash at our guest service and indoor playground Zeeroversland.
We do not have buggies or handcarts for rent. You are allowed to bring your own.
There is a Kiss & Ride before you enter our parking lot. You do not have to go through the barriers for this. It is prohibited to park here for longer than 15 minutes.
No, there are currently no charging stations for electric cars.
Our current opening hours of the park and attractions can be found here . Based on the weather and crowds, we aim to open as many of our attractions and catering points as possible.
Attractions & playground equipment
You are allowed to bring and use your own SUP board. Please be mindful of the SUP’s size and the turnstile at the exit.

Yes, for various attractions there is a minimum height. Check the attraction pages for the attraction you would like to go on to see how tall you need to be to go on it.
Accessibility
You can borrow a wheelchair from BillyBird Hemelrijk’s guest services. We require a €15 deposit. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reserve a wheelchair in advance. There are a very limited number of wheelchairs available for loan each day. To be sure you have a wheelchair during your visit, we recommend renting one from home in advance and bringing it with you to BillyBird Hemelrijk.
Unfortunately, our attractions are not accessible for people in wheelchairs.
The park has disabled toilets and wide passages suitable for disabled people. However, some paths are unfortunately unpaved, which can cause some inconvenience.
Yes, the car park has several wheelchair or disabled parking spaces in front of the reception.
Food & drinks
No, it is no longer permitted to barbecue in the park.
Yes, in Zeeroversland we have the possibility to warm up your baby food. Ask an employee of the catering in Zeeroversland about the possibilities.
Yes, we have gluten-free options at various locations in the park. There are also vegetarian and vegan options. Check the allergen cards at the catering point. Also clearly indicate your allergy to the catering industry to avoid confusion.
You can currently return your bottles, cans, and cups with a deposit at our deposit machines. You’ll find the deposit machine at the entrance next to Viva La Pizza and on the terrace of the Zeeroversland indoor playground. You can request a refund via Tikkie or donate to a charity. We’ll then ensure your deposit is recycled.
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks with the exception of the day of the Heerlijk Hemelrijk Festival. However, it is not allowed to consume this in our catering establishments or on the associated terraces. On the upper terrace in Zeeroversland it is allowed to consume your own food and drinks.
