Frequently Asked Questions
The indoor and outdoor playgrounds are always open.
During high season all attractions are always open.
In the mid-season, all attractions are open on a rotating basis. This means that the attractions will be open in turns.
During low season all attractions are closed.
When making a reservation, you can indicate this in the comments/allergies section.
You can make a reservation via the website up to one week before the visit date. If you want to visit the park next week, please contact us via info@billybird.nl or 0143-277000.
It is not a problem if there is one person more or less present than the reservation was made for. In case of a big difference, you can report the changed number of persons up to 7 days in advance via info@billybird.nl. You pay for the number of persons present.
Yes, members receive a 7 euro discount upon presentation of their BillyBird pass.
Tip: ask members to bring their pass.
